Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: A Product can be cancelled due to two possible events:

• Cancellation by MeroGurukul
• Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation by MeroGurukul MeroGurukul reserves the right to cancel the product for delivery without prior notice. Cancellations are generally due to wrong information provided by the Customer or the information provided is prooved to be fraudulent.

Cancellation by the Customer

• In case the Customer finds a damage in the product after delivery and before using it.
• Cancellation and return of the Product can be done within 24 Hrs after receiving the product.
• Cancellation can also be done after payment and before despatch of the product.In such cases 95% of the order amount will be refunded.

Refunds Refund Process will be started only once we receive Email about the faulty product with a screenshot of the product and also return the product as it is to MeroGurukul. After thorough check from our back end team in quality and verification checks,Amount will be refunded to Customer within 30 days from the date of receiving email.Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable. For any Product and any Payment Mode ,refunds are paid 90% of the order amount. However for SMART CLASS product,no Refund is applicable if downloaded. Also amount will not be refunded in the following cases

1. when cancellation is done after 24 Hrs of receiving the product
2. when there is no proof that the product is damaged.
3. when our quality check team confirms that the product is in working condition.
4. Refunds will not acceptable for Promotion codes

Information Security

MeroGurukul will not, under most circumstances, share user details with third parties, unless specifically so requested by the user.

Information shared on public forums such as chat rooms, message boards, and news groups are available to everyone on the internet, and MeroGurukul is not responsible for third parties' access to such information.
